More often than not, incorrect figures on the reports are the result of the options that have been selected through the "Options" link at the top of the page. In addition to these options, filters will also reduce the amount of data that can be included in the report.

If you've checked all of the options are correct, it may be that you have not published your shifts. Red dots on your rota will indicate when shifts have not been published. To publish these shifts, right click the cells with the red dots and select "Publish".

If your shifts are published and all of the report options are correct, check that the missing shifts were entered correctly on the roster. Findmyshift can only recognise shifts when they are entered with a numerical start and end time (e.g. 9:00am-5:00pm). Entries such as 9:00am-Late are not recognised and will be ignored in the reports. Entries with no finish time will also be ignored (e.g. "9:00am"). If you need to add comments to a shift then those comments must be above or below shift on a separate line - any comments on the same line will cause the system to ignore the shift times.
